I'm hugely dissapointed and don't even know what to say right now honestly.

The idea itself is something that I need to see for myself first before I can get an opinion on it. Having a home console that you can basically use as a portable? Sounds pretty cool actually and is beneficial for Nintendo as they now only have to focus on developing games for one device and can get them out faster. But I don't buy handhelds, i've only ever bought home consoles. So like I said i'll have to see them show how it works first.

The power of the console is what dissapoints me the most. LESS powerful than a PS4? I thought Nintendo would have learned from the Wii U that power is important, and that if they want third party support they need to provide that power. Especially with the Neo and Scorpio coming out probably a year from now, this thing will already be underpowered as fuck right at launch compared to the CURRENT consoles. AND a different architecture, so more work will be required to even get ports on the damn thing from developers that might try? I thought base level PS4 was the LEAST Nintendo would do and hopefully make it more powerful from there but apparently not.

I know as of right now this is still a rumour and it could be completely false, especially considering Iwata did say a while ago that it would NOT be a hybrid, but if it's true then I hope Nintendo finds success with this thing, but I won't be buying one.
