Absolutely not. But, it would be preferable to both Nintendo and it's userbase if these games were available, and being purchased on a Nintendo platform. Very often, they are not available, and when they are, very often, they are not purchased in as many numbers as they are on competing platforms. These two dynamics seem to create a self sustaining vortex of third party apathy, shared by both consumers and publishers.
