How are Iran and Azerbaijan not local area? They are both closer to Syria/Iraq than the U.A.E, which Oman is right next to. And I kind of expected Israel not to take any hence the at that suggestion.

Kinda shows that they aren't pulling their weight though. Fair play to Lebanon they're doing well, everywhere else round there, not so much.
