Well, that's obvious. But they just don't want to even if they had to like Poland. Poland argues that, they don't take them in, because they are a homogeneous country. Well, they are right. But why sign an agreement and don't comply with it? Take all the money from the EU to build up your country, get the advantages in economy and then say no, because they don't want to.
And the EU goes like, OK.
