In the US we actually have a very strict system of vetting refugees.  The reason why is because we don't have to resourses to spend monitoring everyone nor should we.  Germany is doing a good thing by helping those displaced people no doubt but this reveals that the government hasn't done enough to identify risk. Or is that really even possible ? This in no way speaks to the multitudes refugees that haven't done anything like this...like all of them.
