Aye at least in Ireland there are no unisex bathrooms which have urinals (which are a massive way to save money in construction and maintanence), could be that they exist in other countries but I would think that they would at least require a little extra work to give some privacy to the guys and of course not every woman would be as comfortable with guys taking their dicks out to piss in front of them... I'm not sure anyone would want to use a bathroom like that if there was a chance young girls could walk in... or I doubt parents of said young children would want them using the bathrooms either.

And that's why we shouldn't have gender neutral bathrooms.

 

Only a small percentage of the population's gender doesn't correspond with their sex. 

 

Besides, urinals are the reason why a man can go in and out of the bathroom in one minute(or 20 seconds if you're disgusting and don't wash your hands). In general though, I've realized that men typically use the bathroom much quicker. Maybe it's because men don't have as much to clean(?) 

 

Unless 20+ percent of the population is transgender, I don't really see the need for gender neutral bathrooms at all. Save time and money by making two bathrooms, one designed for men, the other for women
