Super Creamy Scrambled Eggs

The boring way to make them is to get 3-4 eggs in a bowl and then put them straight into a heated frying pan. You quickly start to stir the eggs and get them out. There you go scrambled eggs!

But there is another way to make them. A more tasty one.

You need:

-Eggs 4

-Butter

-Milk Cream

-Parsley

-Salt

-White Pepper

-Oil

Preparation:

Crack open the eggs (do NOT stir them in this step) in a bowl and add salt and white pepper. Heat your frying pan with a little bit of oil. Once it's really hot  you can add the eggs. Quickly start stiring the eggs and take the frying pan out of the fire after a few seconds. Add a chunk of butter to the preparation and get the frying pan back into the fire. Wait a few seconds, take the frying pan out of the fire and add the milk cream. Put the frying pan a couple of seconds in the fire again and take it out. Add some parsley on top and there you have it! Super creamy scrambled eggs.

Tip: Don't put a big chunk of butter because it's going to take too much time to melt. Instead grab that big chunk and cut it into small pieces.
