The day a man goes away for life or gets a much harsher punishment than one who ends the life of another is the time that the law system is borked to fuck. I've seen people who had done weed who ended up going away for a longer time than someone who tried to murder someone, the law is just fucked at this point, no arguing sentences and the like. Hell there are people that have murdered multiple people and have managed to get out of jail within their lifetime, that's just completely fucked up.
The site may be seized but it still won't stop other sites from popping up. You cannot stop file sharing and you cannot stop piracy.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
