Criminal Copyright Infringement of this scale will bring a lot of fines and/or up to 10 years in prison.  Unless they charge him with multiple counts and the court hands down *consecutive* sentences rather than *concurrent*.  This is unusual in cases like this, but if they were to do it he could easily be sentenced to decades in prison.
