I have a warning and a ban that I very much dispute. I was told to contact a head mod if I disagreed, which I did but never received any kind of clarification whatsoever. I made comments about this in another thread and got banned again--I earned that one but I'm not happy at all about the circumstances. Yeah I have to admit that ban was pretty bad and the whole thing could have been handled in a much better way which could have avoided the fallout. But hey hindsight is always 20/20.

Thank you for saying that.  Truthfully, I still feel bad about about my own reactions and how how angry I got.  I apologize to any mods I yelled at.  I just felt that I never got my "day in court," so to speak.  Looking back, I'm guessing that it possibly had to do with Smeags leaving around that time.  I don't know that but I like to think my appeal wasn't brushed away on purpose.  While I do disagree with the ban, it's really not that big of a deal.  That I never got to discuss it was what really got under my skin.
