XB1 2TB and Gears don't count, because are just pre orders. There was a period where XBO was doing very good with 2/3 bundle (outside Gears and XBO S), but this was seriusly for only one week or less. After that, XBO bundles dropped under 3DS for all month. No to mention that there was a period for about one week before the XBO deals that 3DS was well over it with no one, but 3 SKUs (RED, Black, and Monster Hunter limited bundle).
Now, looks at hourly now: #8 / New 3DS Red #23 / New 3DS Black (was sold out, not sure if still is but before was in TOP 10) #54 / XBO 3 games bundle
The others two XBO bundle are jut pre orders... i mean, isn't obvius 3DS is winning? And there are still 11 days to go, looks likely the gap will only increase.
But that's not the point, XBO may also be over 3DS or who know...
What i'm saying is that i hear so much about "XBO may win the month" reason ----> amazon ; and then i see sub 100k 3DS predictions...
I think there are no doubt 3DS will at least be up MOM in July. |
1. Amazon is mostly a Sony vs MS thing, Nintendo gamers are less likely to buy consoles online. So it is harder to translate amazon ranks to Nintendo.
2. XBO has a million bundles, they all add up to somehow be close to the PS4 most months despite the massive leads PS4 usually gets on amazon. June had PS4 30 ranks ahead of XB1 and outsold it 20k. April had PS4 80 ranks ahead and outsold it by pretty much nothing.
3. Not sure how 3ds will be up MoM when it is comparing july(4 weeks) to june(5 weeks), was Monster Hunter that big?
