I think those were more about people potentially being injured by using the device. The Kinect gives those messages regularly.

I was sore days after playing hours and hours of DBZ on Kinect. It wasn't even a good game, but a nice workout.

No, I didn't mean these ones. I mean the ones talking about play time. It happened all the time on some games like Wii Sports Resort.
