The Good News thread

The other day I was going to Jimmy John's...and some guy comes and asks me if I've heard the "good news". I was excited...thinking it was free sandwich day. He goes on tell me the about the good news of our Lord and Savior, and asks for me to grab his hands and say a prayer with him.

I'm somewhat religious...and don't have a problem with prayer. I am, however, not okay with holding hands with people I've only just met. I'm not a whore! So I tell him that I prefer to keep my relationship my God professional, and rush inside to get my sandwich. Don't get me started on my exit strategy.

Actually this isn't really good news at all.
