Most of their games are good, so it doesn't bother me. That, and not falling for it. It's no different than these racing franchises that promote their games with virtually nothing but BS replay or photo mode media.
I'm ok with a developer shooting high and then dialing back. A bigger issue with Ubi is how buggy their games are.
