Lots of young kids here who don't remember the early 90s even. But yeah, this has been a problem for ages, only difference now is we have smartphone cameras and two black people have decided to shoot back. 

shoot back is not correct term. Take revenge or whatever would be a better way to say it. Shoot back would be other blacks shooting the cop after he shot someone they saw as an unjust shooting.
