so they are basically saying - "Our research shows that Facebook is mostly employing a lot of the same people as last year." How is that a bad thing? Wouldnt that mean that they have found some great people who were able to hold their position at the company? Wouldnt that mean that the company is currently in good standings? But no, Facebook is obviously racially flawed and they need to fire about 50% of their white staff in order to hire a more racially diverse staff. Its stupid. These people obviously have their jobs for a reason.
