It seems that there's no racism at play here, and diversity isn't faring too badly either. To me, it seems like everything's just fine. And for an IT company, Facebook has an astounding amount of female employees too. There are many problems with Facebook, but according to these numbers, lack of diversity most certainly isn't one of them. If there's something I'm overlooking, please enlighten me, but to me, the numbers seem really good for diversity. |
