Last update was on the 4th. That was when the monthlies first posted, and was right on schedule. But no update the following day, then no Week 1 rankings last Thursday like normal, and now here we are, ten days and no update. I'm tempted to actually sign up for Twitter just to ask customer service or whoever what the deal is.

You better ask ioi, he is now in charge of their ranking.
