Is There a Chance of Pokemon Sun/Moon Selling 20mil lifetime? (Or close to it)

It's possible but I really doubt it.

Still failing to see whyppl think mobile consumers are going to magically spend so much money on a handheld nd game just because of a mobile version.

 

But good for Nintendo if it works.

alot of those mobile gamers are people who have owned Pokemon before, but has been year in many cases since R/B or G/S. This might make them hungry for a deeper Pokemon game. And kids are obvious, alot who were not interested in it before are now.
