It's launching 6-12 months or more later. You underestimate how quickly hardware reduces in price.

14nm is still fairly expensive due to how new it is, yields are going to improve, chips will be cheaper to make.

Also Teraflops isn't related to chip production cost, never was, never will no idea why you used them.
