Nintendo: Advance Wars, SMT:4, RE Remake, Xenoblade, FFVI
I think 1st party (and Nintendo as a whole) are overrated, and you can see that as most of the exclusives are 3rd party.
Never been a M$ 1st party guy so I can't comment on that.
