Max Payne 3. There isn't anything worse on my PC. Damn cutscenes. Also, Fallout 4 comes close.
Mirrors Edge Catalyst is also a pain.
Lego: City Undercover. Worst loading times on a Wii U. Starting the game. Loading 45 seconds for title screen. Loading up to a minute to enter the game.
