Expecting me to pay again for old games instead of giving me a backward compatibility option. First Sony console I own and they choose to screw me up royally. I'm still holding my FF VIII copy in hopes a PS1 b/c gets patched one day.
My second biggest gripe with them is the fact that they force developers to add extra content on games that release on playstation systems but didn't debut on them (i.e. they were already on other consoles) or otherwise the game can't see the light on them. Though I'm not sure this rule is still enforced now.
