Not really that big, but for me it was. Spoilers for InFamous 2 ending!
When you have to kill Zeke in the end of the evil ending, man that still gets me. I got way to attached to him for some reason and that scene really hurts, especially Cole's reaction after it's done T.T It's pretty different when you're the one killing the character you love, instead of it happening in the story normally. Honestly, couldn't kill him the first time around, I just let him shoot me for a while, until I did it.
