Priority for me would be the Microsoft controller (anything but Sony's one anyway)
Then in term of software; Nintendo (nothing can beat Nintendo exclusives :))
And finally only choice for hardware would be Sony but looking right now it would not be that bad 
So
Nintendo Software, Sony Hardware, Microsoft Controller
