Gonna play devil's advocate here, though... I'm willing to bet they achieve record level lows in crime and drug abuse.

Thousands of drug dealers and drug addicts are now surrendering to the police just a week after President Duterte has been inaugarated.

And CIVILIANS have now tasted blood and are encouraged to kill eachother. Yes, this must be great.

 

I read the article and I can't grasp it. I guess its my first world privilege, I can't even imagine a country like that.
