If we're talking first-party software only, I'll take Playstation by a small margin over Xbox. If we're talking ALL exclusives, then it's Playstation by a mile. I'm not giving up titles like Persona or Ni-oh. Nintendo has Zelda and then a lot of other games I don't care much about, so it's in third.
Hardware, it doesn't much matter between Playstation and Xbox, so I'll take Xbox here.
Controller is Nintendo by default, I guess.
