For me its gotta be their underachieving OS on the PS4. I personally feel its such a big wasted opportunity. The console has more power than most laptops and PCs, and a bare bones OS and architecture that literally allows devs or app developers a lot of room to build apps.
The web browser should be significantly better than it is.
It should support apps like Plex and Kodi without any hoops jumping.
Basically it has the potential to be the ultimate set top box in the living room but sonys OS engineers just don't seem to get it. There is no reason why i should biy a HTPC that is less powerful than a PS4 but uet can do more "app wise" than it.
