It is powered by Windows 10. This is a fact. It runs Windows 10. The reason I do make a distinction is because the windows 10 machines share the same library. So, wouldn't it be silly to say that when it comes to gameing there is anything more than personal preference. From Microsoft's perspective, if everyone moved to a Windows 10 PC and stopped buying Xbox, they would have nothing to lose so we need to refer to consoles that have a vested interest in actually saving consoles.
