Just because it's game are on PC doesn't mean it isn't a console. The Xbox One is as much a console now as it was when it launched. I can't plug in a mouse and keyboard and go download photoshop, hell it can't even make text documents. What sort of "PC" is that? xD
It's not a Windows 10 PC, it doesn't run windows.
