I've posted this before but:
When my Xbox 360 broke the second time (disc drive issue), I opened it up and tried to fix it and really ruined it. I couldn't cancel my Xbox Live Gold by myself. They made it really hard. I called M$ to cancel and the lady on the phone for me to send it in anyway even though it was outside of warranty.
I thought that was awesome.
