Console are fine, but i don't think there will be another console gen anymore. With Nintendo seeing what smartphone can brought to them, expect their future MAIN installment over there. Even if they don't want to, the investors will force them to since that's what they're investing on. After all, that 30% rise in stocks aren't just a gift.
As for Microsoft, they show sign of making the Windows 10 their next gaming platform instead of the Xbox brand. This could be the final gen for the Xbox Brand. It's all good tho, since i also gaming on Windows, have some xbox exclusives are always a plus :).
As for Sony. We all know about it, they constantly reminded us that there won't be a PS5. They're planning the future with PlayStation Now (but with the ability to purchase the game instead of buying subscription)
