Yes, USA always need to martyr another country, wasn't it enough with Iraq, Vietnam and Afganisthan? I lost friends there thanks to your Nation and their war-crimes that took place in Iraq and Afganisthan. Give me a reason why i should trust USA when they have been the ones who have been building bases around the Russian boarders for years, when in fact Russia only have one base outside of Russia.
I already knew about all that back in 2013 before i retired from the Navy, and from inside-sources and not outside sources.
It's easy to take side with your own Nation when you believe everything that are being spewed in the Media, why wouldn't you? It's normal to be a bit patriotic.
I also know the truth about Ukraine and Crimea, i knew what was going on in Ukraine before Crimea voted to go back to Russia (90% of the votes was to go back into union with Russia because Crimea didn't want anything to do with the Ukraine leader and Obama)
If you think Russia is the only country in the shadow that does illegal things in other Nations, let us discuss what USA did.. They bombed a entire Village in a country they wasn't at war with, in a hunt for a ''terrorist'' and they freaking left the remainings of that bomb, where you can actually read the serial number and where it came from. USA and the survives said that there came helicopters and US special forces searched the area.. That is Shady my friend.
So before you point finger at Russia, you better know that USA have commited bigger crimes these past 25 years then what Russia have.

in the 90s, USA shot down 2 submarines, Russian Submarines in International water.. It was a Declaration of war but one of the Sub-marines made it to Norway and sought refuge. Putin demanding nothing but compentsation for the families who lost their brothers, sisters and fathers.. Because he didn't want to start 3 world war.. So basically,  tell me why i should trust US Government? I don't trust Russia either but i don't like being a hypocrite.

US even pissed off China by demonstrating force in the southern-china sea by sending in Warships and even a aircraft carrier.
China still hopes that these relations can be fixed and actually asked for it and Russia is doing the same, simply asking USA to back down.

Sorry, i honestly think US is in the wrong here, like when Obama and USA supported Turkey even though Turkey have a trade-deal with ISIS with Syrian OIL.. (Iraq all over again) and i thought ISIS was the enemy here.. Why isn't anything being done with ISIS but yet USA managed to surround Russia because Russia didn't want to do what US told them?

Which country have done more shit to this world these last 25 years? US fucking A

Sorry for the grammar, i am running low on power.

Not going to touch most of this.  For one, Russia still violated national sovereignty, pointing out mistakes made by the US doesn't make that go away.  And let's not forget Russia's bloody incursion into Georgia.  Russia has been condemned by most of the governments of the Western World.

As for the Turkey and ISIS mess, I'm not going to say much cause I neither like Turkey nor our continued involvement in the Middle East.  I'm glad we are mostly withdrawing.  As for  intervening with ISIS, I frankly don't know if we should.  We'll be lambasted if we do, lambasted if we don't, and the region will be unstable as crap either way.  Might as well limit the body count and just  pull out for the most part.

As for Vietnam, let's just not even go there.  That was almost 50 years ago and no one has ever denied that was a mess.

As for bases being built in a pseudo ring around russia...uh, where have you been for the past 60 years?  That dates back to the cold war.

And don't get me started on China.  China is not a good nation, I have very little respect for them.  They've been intimidating Taiwan for decades and refuse to even recognize them as a nation.  The US does and supports Taiwan.  Every once in a while we remind China of that.

And what submarines are you talking about?  I can find no records of nuclear subs being destroyed in the 90s.  There was an accidental sinking in 2000.

As for middle east war crimes, I always hear these discussed in vagueries, never particulars, but I won't judge there.  Mistakes were made, I think most in the US accept that.  Heavy use of drones and airstrikes based on Intel has led to instances of avoidable collateral damage.  However, the Russian military intentionally targeted unarmed civilians in Georgia via land and air along with numerous other deliberate violations of international law.  There's making mistakes (and possiblyou covering up) and then there's being an unmitigated prick.

But I digress.  It's clear you hate the US and are basically prepared to believe almost anything negative and nothing positive.  I think I'll probably just see myself out.

Edit:  I suppose hate is a strong word but I am just getting a bit tired of people, normally not even from the US or neighboring the US, describe the nation as some kind of semi-third-world nut house with murder and violent crime on every street corner teetering on anarchy or some totalitarian military state.  Cause almost all the depictions you see, particularly from some Europeans, are complete and utter bs.  You can only see your people generalized as lunatics, sheep, gun nuts, or murderers so many times before it really starts to chafe.

When a Nation invades a country, it's done in your name.
When it's done in your flag and country, it's your responsibility as well.
If you disagree, we owe the Germans who survived WW2 a apology cause only 10% of them was true nazi's, the rest was either scared to get killed (That did happen) or misinformed.

So how much blood do you need on your hands before you feel safe against the big bad Middle-east, Russia and China?

I am tired of US allowing themselves to do what they want without taking responsibility, but if someone else does the same, they need to be responsible for their Actions and US will do everything in their power to make it so..

I was only curious about Martial law, cause to me that is like the last conviction that we are truly in a new Cold war.. Since you all pretty much told me the opposite, i am glad but if it does happen, i will bring it up again.

Also, Turkey declared war on Russia with the Jet-plane downing, Russia in all Justice could declare that as a Declaration of war Against Russia, as well as US for backing Turkey. Don't you forget that.. These things are complicated but yet so fragile. Russia keeps getting casualties thanks to US and Nato but so far they haven't declared it as a action of war, to me that is evident enough that Russia is avoiding War at sad cost's. Also, Isn't we supposed to fight ISIS? US seem to avoid doing that.. Especially since ISIS is made out of MAYBE 100.000 soldiers with basic training and weapons.... US took Iraq faster then they are able to fight ISIS.
