My recommend is don't buy Remastered, unless you never played then get it. A remastered i would recommend is TLOU and Uncharted Collection.
Games i would strongly recommend are Bloodborne and Uncharted 4. They're after all the 2 best rated exclusives on the PS4 right now.
If animated is your prefered artstyle then Journey is a WONDERFUL game to try out. If you like competitive shooter game then Overwatch. If you like fighting games then Guilty Gear Xrd. or Dragonball Xenoverse, JStar Victory+. Street Fighter V. If you like JRPG then the best bet is to wait for Final Fantasy XV, Star Ocean 5 and ninokuni 2.
If you like adventure game with beautiful and harmony art, The Last Guardian seem like a secure one. It developed by Fumito Ueda, the same director that made the masterpiece Shadow of colossus.
Or if you want a game that is unique, so unique that some say it's not even a game XD! Then get Until Dawn. Lot of people like it. Personally, i enjoyed. Not one of the best ever, but def a game to try. Very flesh experience.
