That's just a video of people moving military equipment and running drills...

What does any of that have to do with martial law?

1: The tanks was green.
2: US have officially confirmed they painted their tanks green for the preparations for Russia.
3: Two days ago it was revealed that these tanks are now in Ukraine closing into the Russian boarder.
4: News like this is usually kept from the public due for security reasons, and since US is preparing for war against Russia.
5: When can the government green-light Martial law? When said nation is at War.
6: I served years in the Navy, not the US navy but we have Martial law as well, ofc under a different name but the principles are exactly the same, and when Martial law have been green lighted, the Army takes full authority over the country for defence reasons and trust me, the news won't be heard until the Martial law have been officially set in motion, which means? They are stationed at their post's. . Heck if i was in the navy still and Martial law happens? I can order the police around if i outrank them., which could be fun btw! Ofc the military highest commander controls everything, in the case of USA, it's the president.

1 That's the default color for most of our military equipment.  We are a temperate climate nation, not a desert.  As is most of the civilized world.  Most of our military abroad is tan due to the fact we are mostly fighting in deserts.  With our reduced efforts in the middle east, a switch is not surprising.

2  See above and also, Russia has done some really crappy stuff, what do you want the world to do, sit around with its pants around its ankles?

3. The US has sent military hardware to allied nations.  Nothing out of the ordinary given Russia's actions.

4. The sending of hardware was in the news.  However, all the other stuff you are implying?  No way that would stay out of the news.  If you think that you clearly don't know our sensationalist, loud, ratings-obsessed media.  US going to open war with Russia would be on the news all day every day.  And don't get me started on the FEMA camps crap.

5 No, that's not how Martial Law works here.  There needs to be a massive and complete breakdown of order or a major, major emergency to warrant it.  Like, for example, Katrina where martial law was briefly in place because all of New Orleans had gone to crap.  Nation wide Martial Law is a very, very tough sell in the US.  Just going to war doesn't give grounds for Martial Law.
