1) I only mind it if it's clear that it's there to sell games. No, I don't want them.
2) Again, it depends. If it's not on my face all the time, it won't affect me at all.
3) Yes.
4) I guess so. But I'd rather not see it.

6) No, that's what girlfriends are for (Even though I don't have one, lol).
Honestly, I think it's an unnecessary addition to games and I'd rather not have them at all (The only exception being Bayonetta, because it's too late to change her personality anyways), and I think it's a silly way of saying "Look how mature this game is". Most of the time it just makes me feel awkward.
