Instead of reaching for his wallet, the innocent victim should have refused the cop's demands. It was the innocent victim's action of reaching for the wallet as requested by the cop that triggered the cop to shoot his gun. It clearly shows the corruption and injustice within the legal system when rogue cops get away with execution style murders in America.
