Its because there has not been enough prayer to the gods of VGC.The moment people dedicate more to them(sign for suporters), the faster we will get that sweet sweet numbers!
In all seriousness, its because ioi is not updating it.And why he is not doing it?Who knows.But the most likely answer is that he just dosent feel like doing it.
