The only thing that will truly help, is to try and reestablish relations and clean up the mess...not more fighting. ISIS is actually relatively small, and new, compared to the Taliban.

You can blame a lot of people- Bush, Hillary, Obama, etc etc. These people are jokes. They ruin the Middle East, and then act like they're here to help.

 

Anyone who thinks it was worth overtaking Iraq's government must be kidding themselves. At least it was stable before they went and put "democracy" there.
