Honestly, they need to nerf Corrin or just get rid of him altogether when the next smash comes. His Dragon Lunge attack (side special) is probably the most annoying thing ever in any smash game. It's too quick to avoid, and you can just spam the hell out of it and basically not be touched. I like pretty much all of your suggestions, especially the reliance on grabs being phased out. The annoyingly cheap combos you can get from a single grab with certain characters is obnoxious and requires no skill, it kind of defeats the purpose of a fighting game, and especially a smash game.
BTW I'm no noob at Smash, my characters are ZSS, Little Mac, and Cloud. I have a pretty good 1v1 record with over 2,000 matches played at a 58 or 59% win clip. Hard to do online in my opinion, so these complaints I am giving are warranted. They have dumbed down the play of Smash to make it a little TOO accessible I think.
