Im currently playing through it for the 3rd time on PS4 but I'm doing it on GROUNDED difficulty and I can honestly say, GROUNDED difficulty is the way to play this game. You don't have no supernatural hearing skill and there is barely anything to scavenge so you really forced to search and save your ammo and parts, enemy AI is much better and bullets can kill you instantly, it feels a lot more realistic of how the world would be in that situation. I recommend people try it this way.
