it's kind of stupid to even ask, what's the difference? the TV has to scale any input to fill its screen... the XB1 already upscales it's sub 1080p to 1080p, I don't even know why this is a buzz word so you'll get a 900p image upscaled to a 1080p grid then re-upscaled to 4k? that sounds horrendous... et best it will make no difference from what the XB1 does right now.

read perma explanation... depending on your TV you may gain on quality of image and will gain for certain on input LAG
