Depends what you're in the mood for, how much time you have. If you're going to have a lot of free time I recommend the WItcher 3, if you're only going to be able to fit in short bursts of gaming I'd recommend the Uncharted Collection.
Though you could get Uncharted Collection now as Witcher 3 will probably get a GOTY version soonish.
