Yay... what?
it's kind of stupid to even ask, what's the difference? the TV has to scale any input to fill its screen... the XB1 already upscales it's sub 1080p to 1080p, I don't even know why this is a buzz word 
so you'll get a 900p image upscaled to a 1080p grid then re-upscaled to 4k? that sounds horrendous... et best it will make no difference from what the XB1 does right now.
