It looks like "oy vey" which would be a yiddish phrase expressing dismay. Like "oh my".

Although urban dictionary does has a definite for that exact phrase "oi vei".

"Word of Jewish Descent meaning Oh God. Often used by girls looking for something new to say or by guys badly impersonating Jewish people, who actually talk exactly the same way as the rest of us."

So either of those.

Or in portuguese it would be a slang equivalent to "hello friend" with vei being velho (old) but in slang equivalent to the person you are talking to.

By the time Neo and Scorpio come out new GPU and processors will be released (and will have been released) and those consoles will be mid-end hardware as much.

They already released the new stuff. It's called Pascal and Polaris.

And guess what the Neo and Scorpio are running?

Polaris-equivalent.

the more you know.
