I think Sony perceives Windows as too much a threat to do that.

If Sony really wanted to make PSNow available to a big audience, they should start with Windows.

I don't know if they think windows or samsung is the bigger threat, but I agree with you that Windows should be a system where PSNow runs and also agree that Sony is looking at threat and opportunity in offering it on Windows... but I have no idea on how long they will take to make it available
