Also, your definition of personal computer is flawed. An iPad is considered a personal computer but you cannot install the same kind of applications on it.

That's why I said "same kind", not "same". There are a wide variety of word processors, spreadsheet apps, video editing apps, music production apps, painting/illustration apps, programming apps available on the iPad, many of which have a direct equivalent on Mac OS or Windows.

There are apps on consoles, tablets and smartphones too. There's not a lot simply on the PS4 for example simply because there isn't any demand for it. Unless you're telling me that there is a specific set of apps that are required to consider a device a personal computer. But in any case, it seems that you consider a smartphone a personal computer, right?
