That still doesnt make a difference in what they actually are considering both are Personal computers.....

 

If you dont buy a laptop - you can get a Surface tablet if you are into that kind of stuff or use your mobile phone as far as general things go by.

Doesn't matter how you label it - doesn't change anything to the fact that they're different things.

MS tablet surfaces are terrible though.
