Superior, yes (Graphic fidelity, FPS, etc.)

Affordable, maybe (Looking well above 400 for a decent gaming PC)

Accessible, not so much (If you want games to run without any hassle, get the right GPU and CPU, it's not something the average consumer is willing to do)
