I like the 360 controller better. The PS3 controller is longer but the 360 controller is bigger. So while the PS3 controller (sixaxis) feels light and somewhat empty, the 360 controller feels hard and solid yet smooth. When I play with the PS3 controller, I feel like if I shake it too hard it's going to break or snap into two whereas I can play as rough as I like with the 360 controller without fear of anything like that. Overall, I just find playing with the 360 controller to be more fun and satisfying than the PS3 controller. I personally don't see how anyone could go back to the PS3 controller after playing with the 360 one. |
I personally don't like how the controller for the X360 is set out, in terms of analogue sticks, for FPS and TPS they work great but for everything else i prefer the Dualshock3/Sixaxis controller, it feels..... like home.(no pun intended)
OnTopic:
I will but a X360 IF Fable2, Infinite Undiscovery, Lost Oddyssey and others prove to be worth it and even then i will buy a X360 only when it is dirt cheap as i dislike Halo's campaign and don't want to pay for online play. Yeah its great that Bioshock is coming to PS3 but i would have bought it already if i wanted it for the PC and i havent as i am not interested in this game at all. Ninja Gaiden 2 would be nice to have on the PS3 but i can live without it as i didnt like how the first one was on the Xbox because of the controller layout it felt more like a chore to play than fun (everything else about the game was brilliant though).
MGS4 and FFXIII i highly doubt will go to the X360, 1. Because of space limitations on the X360 2. They both have Japanese devs 3. I doubt Sony will let them go multiplat even if they dislike paying for exclusives and 4. MS will have to shed out a hell of alot of cash to get those too games to go multiplat because the devs will want to move onto the next game as Konami as 3 other unnamed PS3 exclusives and Kojima is thinking about MGS5 and ZOE and SE will move onto Kingdom Hearts 3 and Last Remnant and FFCC.
